Referral Rewards

Targeted answers when your referral didn't credit, your commission isn't paying out, or your code didn't apply.


My referral didn't credit. Referral credit depends on the invited user completing specific actions; partial signup is usually not enough. Check:

  • Code applied at signup — the invitee must have entered your referral code during signup, not after. Codes entered after signup typically don't bind.
  • Invitee met the qualifying action — most referral programs reward when the invitee completes a specific milestone (e.g. first deposit, first subscription, first trade). Until that action happens, the reward is not yet earned.
  • Anti-fraud holds — if the system suspects shared identity (same device, same payment method, same IP burst), the reward is held pending review.
  • Region eligibility — referral programs may exclude certain regions; if your invitee is in an ineligible region, the reward may not apply.

Confirm at /account/referral whether the invitee shows up under your referrals list. If they're listed but the reward isn't credited, contact support with the invitee's email and approximate signup date.

When does commission pay out?

Commission payout cadence (real-time, daily, weekly, monthly) and the exact qualifying actions are configured per active referral campaign and may change as the program evolves.

The current rules and payout schedule for your account are shown on /account/referral. If the page shows a pending commission, that's commission earned but not yet paid out — the payout date should be visible on the same screen.

Can I refer myself with a second account? No. Self-referral is not permitted and is a leading reason referrals get reversed:

  • Same person → different accounts is detected via device, IP, payment method, KYC identity, and behavioral signals.
  • Confirmed self-referrals result in reversal of credited rewards and may trigger account action on both accounts.
  • The referral program is for genuinely growing the user base — not a loophole.

If you have a legitimate need for a second account (e.g. separate business entity), contact support before creating it, so it's clearly distinct from the start.

Withdrawing referral commission to cash.

Whether referral commission is paid in cash, Credits, or another asset, and whether and how it can be withdrawn, is configured per active referral campaign.

The current commission asset and withdrawal mechanism for your account are described on /account/referral. If your commission is in Credits, it is consumed like any other Credits and is not cash-withdrawable. Referral code didn't apply at signup. Codes can fail to apply for several reasons:

  • Typed instead of clicked — typos are common. Use the invite link instead of typing the code by hand.
  • Code expired — campaign-bound codes have end dates.
  • Code redeemed already — single-use codes can't be reused.
  • Region restriction — code-attached campaigns may be region-gated.
  • Signed up before entering the code — codes typically must be entered during signup, not after.

If you signed up without applying a code and want one applied retroactively, contact support with the code, the approximate signup time, and your account email. Retroactive application is not guaranteed and depends on the specific campaign's rules.
