What each Alphio tier costs and how to get the best value.

What does each tier cost?

Exact tier prices (Free / Base / Pro / Elite) are being finalized and may differ by region, currency, and platform (Apple IAP / Google IAP / web). The authoritative current pricing is shown on the subscription page at /account/subscription-and-billing for your account, region, and platform.

Notes that hold across regions:

• Free is genuinely free — no payment required.
• Base / Pro / Elite are paid tiers, ascending in monthly Credits, feature unlocks, and rate limits.
• Apple / Google IAP prices may be higher than web due to platform fees (typically 15-30%) baked into the listed price.

Annual vs monthly billing — savings? Annual billing trades upfront payment for a discounted effective rate vs paying monthly for 12 months. The annual savings are shown on the subscription page when you toggle between monthly and annual.

• The subscription page displays both the annual total and the effective monthly equivalent, so you can compare cleanly.
• Annual billing is best when you're confident you'll use the tier for the full year — refunds on annual billing follow the same policy as monthly.

Coupons / promo codes. Promo codes are entered at checkout on the subscription or top-up flow.

Active promotions, when running, are listed on /account/subscription-and-billing. If no promotions are listed there, none are currently available. The growth team runs campaigns periodically — watch the Alphio social channels and the in-app announcement banner for active codes.

Free tier limits. The Free tier gives meaningful access to Alphio but with several gates:

• Monthly Credits — an initial allotment per cycle, lower than the paid tiers.
• Chat rate limits — fewer messages per time window.
• Feature gating — some advanced surfaces (deep research depth, certain Signals products, advanced Auto Trade / Agentic Trading) require a paid tier.
• Lower per-action capability — some action classes default to a more economical model on Free.

The current effective limits for your account are shown on /account/usage and on individual feature pages when a gate is encountered.

Custom credit pack pricing. Custom Credits is a one-time, à-la-carte Credits purchase outside the subscription cycle:

• Larger packs typically have better per-Credit pricing than smaller ones.
• Recharge Credits roll over indefinitely — they don't expire on cycle renewal.
• Custom Credits are deducted last in the priority order (Limited-time → Monthly → Recharge), so they're effectively your long-term reserve.
