Sign up for Alphio with email, social login, or an invite code.

1. How to register​

  1. Visit alphio.ai or download the app. Go to alphio.ai in your browser, or install the Alphio iOS / Android app from the App Store or Google Play.

  2. Choose a registration method. You can sign up in one of three ways:

    • Email + verification code — enter your email; Alphio sends a 6-digit code; enter it to continue.
    • OAuth (social login) — sign in with Google, Apple, Microsoft, or Facebook. Alphio creates your account using the email returned by the provider.
    • Invite code — if you have an invite code from a friend, partner, or waitlist email, enter it during signup to unlock access on the current rollout.

  3. Verify email and complete your profile. Confirm your email if you signed up via OAuth without a verified address, then set a display name and (optionally) a profile photo. You can now open Alphio AI and start chatting.

2. Invite codes​

Invite codes are short alphanumeric strings that grant early access during rollout phases. Each code may be tied to a campaign (waitlist, partner program, referral) and may have its own entitlements.

How to get one:

  • Join the waitlist at alphio.ai — codes are emailed in batches as capacity opens.
  • Receive one from an existing user via the Referral program in their Rewards page.
  • Receive one directly from an Alphio partner or campaign email.

Where to enter it: the sign-up screen has a dedicated "Invite code" field. You can also enter a code post-signup under Settings → Account.

Invite-code availability depends on the current rollout phase. Confirm with the product team whether codes are required for new signups in your region.

3. Troubleshooting​

  • Didn't receive the verification email? Check spam, then retry from the sign-up page after 60 seconds.
  • OAuth login fails? Try a different provider, or fall back to email signup.
  • Invite code rejected? The code may be expired, region-locked, or already redeemed. Request a new one from your source.
