Subscription Tiers

Alphio offers 4 subscription tiers: Free, Base, Pro, Elite. Each unlocks a defined feature set, Credits grant, and Signals access.

Add-on packages (Signals package, Copytrade package, Whales Pro) can layer on top of any paid tier to grant the relevant Signals or Copy Trading entitlements separately — see section 4.

2. How to upgrade

Open /account/subscribe, pick the target tier and billing interval, then walk through the preview → confirm flow. Alphio shows the immediate proration charge and the new next-billing amount before applying the change.

Upgrades unlock the new entitlements immediately.

3. Downgrade and cancel

Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period, not immediately:

• Downgrade — You keep the current tier's entitlements until the cycle ends, then drop to the lower tier on the next billing date.
• Cancel — You keep the current tier until the cycle ends, then auto-downgrade to Free.

When you drop to a lower tier:

• Subscription-gated content (Signals products, Whales, etc.) becomes inaccessible.
• Active Agentic Trading / Auto Trade configurations stop executing on the dropped tier; existing positions remain on your broker / wallet but Alphio will no longer plan new actions on them.
• Monthly Credits balance resets to the new tier's grant on the next cycle. Recharge Credits (Custom Credits) are unaffected.

Exact feature-loss timing — especially for in-flight tasks, scheduled monitors, and queued Agentic Trading approvals — is being finalized. If you're mid-cycle on a critical workflow, confirm with the in-app subscribe page before downgrading.

4. Add-ons

Some entitlements can be purchased separately from the base tier as add-on packages, which stack on top of a Base / Pro / Elite subscription:

• Signals package — bundle of Signals products (e.g. Stock Signal bundle, Crypto Signal bundle)
• Copytrade package — unlocks specific Copy Trading sources (e.g. Quant AI, SwingMax Portfolio, Whales)
• Whales Pro — extended Whales Auto Tracker depth

Add-ons are annual-only and don't replace the base tier — they augment it. A dedicated add-on detail page lives in Phase 2; until then, the Subscribe page shows which add-ons are available for your current tier.
